PT Direct: Requiring additional data from practitioners
Requiring additional data from practitioners using Inputs
If you require your practitioners to submit additional data with their clients and exercise programs, you can require your practitioners to choose:
- Condition (reflected at the program assign stage for the patient)
- Payer (reflected in the patient profile for the patient)
To set this, go to the Inputs tab in your Physitrack Direct and set the values of the inputs as needed.
You can rename the inputs to reflect the name that is appropriate in your organisation - Conditions can e.g. be Procedure, Pathway and Payers can e.g. be Insurer.
Any subaccounts you have configured in your Physitrack Direct account, can also access the diagnostic codes and payers that you have set up in your main Physitrack Direct account.
