Setting up subaccounts for different clinics
Physitrack Direct lets you set up subaccounts for each of your clinics, so the practice manager or admin in each clinic can manage Physitrack subscriptions for their own clinic.
- Go to Subaccounts
- Click "+ Add subaccount"
- Enter the clinic details, select the number of Physitrack licences you want to assign to them and click 'Save'.
The clinic's admin now receives their own login to Physitrack Direct, so they can assign and manage their Physitrack licences for their team.
If the Admin of a PT Direct sub account wants to use Physitrack, they will need to add themselves as a practitioner.
