Disable the messaging functionality for your practitioners

From PT Direct, not only can you manage licenses for your practitioners, you can also establish settings that can disable the messaging on their accounts.

In order to do this, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Access your PT Direct account
  2. Go to Users
  3. Select the Defaults tab
  4. Enable the option to not allow practitioners to send chat messages; this will apply to all accounts under your PT Direct subscription.
