What happens after the Covid-19 free Physitrack Telehealth period?

On March 11, 2020, Physitrack offered free access to Physitrack Telehealth, our government grant-winning Telehealth solution for remote activity management.

This free access will stop on May 4, 2020.
After this date, your ' Call Client' button will be disabled. If you would like to continue using Physitrack Telehealth, you will be asked to purchase a Telehealth package for the practitioners within your account.
To make sure that your Telehealth solution remains active, you will need to fill out this form which will automatically go to the Physitrack team: 
This form contains information about the packages you would like enabled, how many and if you require call recording. The cost of the Telehealth package gets added on top of your existing subscription. 

The next time your subscription is charged, which is  May 1-3 depending on where in the world you are, it will include Physitrack Telehealth.
You can cancel your Telehealth packages by contacting the Physitrack team via this form:

Cancel your whole subscription as usual under Settings.
There are no refunds if you cancel intra-month.
