Find your patient on Physitrack

Finding your patient on Physitrack is very easy.

Log in to your Physitrack account if you are not already.

Click Patients at the bottom.

Now just scroll through your list of patients or use the search window on the left side. It is enough if you enter the first few letters of the first or last name of the patient. The list will be filtered automatically.

You can also use the bottom drop-down menu to filter the patient list by patients with active exercise programmes, with ended exercise programmes or patients who have not yet received an exercise programme.

Just click the name of a patient to open their file and view their exercise programme if they have one.
