Introduction to the Connect menu
Welcome to the Connect menu. Communicating with your clients is easy.
What do I use the " Connect" tab for?
- 2-way messaging
- Telehealth
- Communication settings
The Connect tab allows you to directly access the messaging and call functions that Physitrack offers both you and your patients.
- Read unread messages immediately
- Call patients without the need to enter their Physitrack file
- Edit your reminder and consent text
- Switch on and off 2-way messaging
- Access your whole call log
Note, both the Telehealth function and 2-way messaging can also be accessed via the " Clients" tab. However if you would like to gain an overview of your communication with your whole Physitrack caseload, or edit your general communication settings, the "Connect" tab is the place to go!
