How do I change the administrator for my Physitrack Direct account

If you need to change the admin for your Physitrack Direct account, follow the simple steps below.

  1. Get in touch with us via sales@physitrack.com, or via your Physitrack client representative.
  2. Notify them of the following details:
    1. Name of organisation.
    2. Name and email address of current Physitrack Direct admin.
    3. Name and email address of new Physitrack Direct admin.
  3. Physitrack's admin team will update these details in their system.
  4. Once confirmed by Physitrack's team, your new Physitrack Direct admin can access the Physitrack direct login page via the relevant country link found here.
  5. The new admin enters their email address, and clicks on the "Forgotten password" link below.

  6. Your new Physitrack Direct admin will receive an email containing a temporary password.

  7. Click on the link in the email, and enter their email address and the temporary password.
  8. Once entered, the new Physitrack Direct admin will be asked to update and confirm their new permanent password.

  9. Hereafter login with the password entered in step 8.
NOTE: If the temporary password has expired simply follow the same steps, entering the email address and clicking the "Forgotten password" icon below the box to resend a new password.
