How to report a compromised account


If you are the account owner for a Physitrack Direct account

  1. Email support@physitrack.com with a request to change the account owner email to a new email address

    Important: to authenticate your request, please include:

    - the old email address

    - the amount on your most recent Physitrack invoice, and 

    - the last 4 digits of your payment method


    Your request will then be escalated internally to a Physitrack admin.

  2. When you've received confirmation that this has been done, immediately request a new password from the login page
  3. Click the password reset link to set a new password

If you are an admin user inside a Physitrack Direct account

  1. Contact your Physitrack Direct account administrator
  2. Ask them to remove you as an admin user and re-add you under a new email address
