Productivity tip 1: add exercises to your favorites

You can speed up exercise program creation by adding frequently used exercises to your favorites.

  • Go to Library > Exercises
  • Click on the name of the exercise to open the exercise window
  • Click on the "Add to favorites" button below, to add this exercise to your favorites.

To remove an exercise from your favorites, simply repeat the steps above, but click the "Remove from favorites" button.
